Orthodox Services and Traditions
***  To remind everyone, Vespers and Liturgies will be held the first and third weekends of every month in Old Town and the second and fourth weekends of every month in Deer Isle. We will have Saturday morning Liturgy the first Saturday of every month at the UCC Ed. Building in Brunswick at 10 am. We will also schedule a Sunday after noon Vespers on the third or fourth Sunday afternoon of ever month at 4:15 pm at the Bowdoin Chapel; especially when Bowdoin is in session.

Parish Income
***  The church sets the example of stewardship of its resources in its Ministry of God to each of you, your families and the broader community. We are an icon of fiscal transparency, responsibility and faithfulness to God's mandate to invest His divine captiol of love, mercy, prayer and good deeds. We are also an example to the Christian individual and family, bringing all our assets and resources to God's altar, in appreciation and thanksgiving,   He then commends  us to invest in His the gifts received from Him, but also our own gifts of time, prayer and effort into growing in the gifts and virtues of the Holy Spirit.  What we give to God we receive back in blessings and grace infinitely fold.

Church School and Adult Ed.
***  Parents and children will be receiving new materials for the weekly home lessons and the monthly group lessons.  The materials will be available for pick up at Church or to be mailed by Feb. 1.  Please email Fr. John Pawelchak with your correct mailing address at  johnpawelchak@comcast.net.
Also, a list of Adult Ed. reading and dates and places for the class and discussion will also be available by Feb. 1.  We will need your input for both church School and Adult Ed. to make both programs the greatest success possible.
